We want you to love every purchase, but if something doesn’t work out, here’s the scoop:

You may return or exchange items within 14 days of purchase. Upon returning an item, you’ll receive store credit in the form of a gift card. Each customer is allowed up to two returns per month. The gift card never expires and can be used exclusively for purchasing in-stock items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, free from any signs of wear or odor, and have all original tags attached. Returns that fail to meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges: swimwear, jewelry, loungewear, candles, bodysuits, and tights. Additionally, items marked as "Last Chance" or on sale are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Purchases made with discount codes of 50% or more off are also classified as final sale and are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. Once approved, we will either send a replacement or provide a full refund.
